Welcome to the Taking Time with Tasha website, here you will find a collection of the content created when I practise my crafts.

As a full time working mum and dog mum I don’t get a lot of spare time, and I happen to have chosen crafts that also take a lot of time so this is my way of sharing the processes behind these pieces, with an appreciation of the real life time it takes to create them.

This page is dedicated to the slow practice of embroidery (and other crafts), and appreciating that sometimes if things take a long time to make. It’s because they’re worth it. Stepping away from the quick fire information of every day, the pieces here are my attempt to take back a little control to focus on my craft practices.
